Training and Seminars

The consultancy offers seminars and on-site training on a variety of catering issues, such as catering performance management; managing catering finance; quality, health and safety monitoring; food hygiene and customer care.

These can be bespoke for a particular organisation or of a more generic nature. Specific training can be given to front line catering staff, managers, or those responsible for managing an outsourced catering service.
