Merritt-Harrison Catering Consultancy has assisted a range of retail and visitor attractions with their catering service, helping them to enhance the visitor experience by maximising the food offer and improving income generation.

• option appraisal for catering procurement on behalf of a city council, and development of financial forecasts and service specifications for a diverse range of venues, including concert hall and theatre
